Description

As a beginner within the field of Millinery, I have always wanted the opportunity to create headwear that is unique. Fusion has given that opportunity. My interpretation of fusion and the concept of my headpiece was to use products available that are not commonly used in millinery. Therefore my love for wood was a natural choice. The main veneer used for the headpiece is“ Zebra Wood”. The use of leather to fuse the hat together was again an easy choice. Although leather is a common product amongst milliners, the use combined with the wood veneer is, modern fusion.
