My Summer Pudding Headpiece combines several elements. It was made using traditional couture millinery methods, but the interpretation is modern. I have fused my interest in contemporary food artistry to create a delicious wearable head piece

• Duchesse Satin
• Silk Velvet dyed by hand
• Silk Satin dyed by hand
• Silk Taffeta dyed by hand
• glass beads
• Buckram foundations
• Millinery wire

Techniques

• Headpiece created using buckram blocks designed and made by me
• Headpiece hand blocked by me
• Headpiece hand sewn
• Fruit hand made by me using beads, glue, fine millinery wire, paper tape
