Description

Sinamay and silk are fused together to represent a unique sea urchin and feathers represent sea coral. The urchin has a hidden pearl dangling inside the opening in the front and coral hides the pearl from the back to keep it out of sight. The pink pleated sinamay creature holds a pearl it has captured.

• hand sewing
• some glue used for some of the feathers
