Description

Fusion literally means coming together of two or more entities to form a new one.

Basically the traditional millinery age long materials (crinoline, feathers etc) have been fused together to design this headpiece. The above mentioned materials used are as aged as millinery and have always been traditionally used . So the combination of the above mentioned traditional materials but carefully crafted and designed using the mordern technique and skill birthed the headpiece that is before you named VAVAVUM….million dots……

Materials

• Traditional crinoline
• Dots
• Pillbox Base fitted on Alice band with neck elastic
• Feather mount
• Broach
• Pheasant feathers

Techniques

• All hand made… pleated crinoline hand gathered and stitched on a traditional pillbox Base.
• All dots hand fixed.
• Feather mount handmade with hand curled pheasant feathers.
