Description

This is a headpiece with the motif, the fusion of “beauty” and “poison” which are conflicting but existing features in a woman. When you pursuit beauty too far, you will be undermined by your own poison, and become negative.

On the other hand, jealousy will give you energy, and woman will become more beautiful with that energy.

The dangerous and appealing relations of “beauty” and “poison” are expressed with the delicate lines of kumihimo cords.

Materials

• Kumihimo cord (Japanese braid)
• Wire
• Beads
• Tulle fabric
• Tassel

Techniques

• Wire is set inside kumihimo.
• Seemingly it’s just string or cord from outside, but it can maintain the shape of the headpiece, thanks to the wire inside.
• On top of this base, the braids and beads are sewn to it.
