Description

This piece is made using a mix of traditional and modern techniques, the button was blocked and the laser cut disc adds a lot of eye catching drama to the piece. It’s a simple design but a really eye catching piece.

Materials

• Felt
• felt stiffener
• tape measure
• laser cut felt
• lining
• hat elastic

Techniques

• I blocked a felt button and cut a large bow to support the laser cut felt disc.
• I sewed all into place and lined the inside of the button.
