White playing against black.

Sequins playing against black leather.

Flat playing against vertical.

Opposites in balance always reaching for the equilibrium between the opposite sides.

Materials

• Black Leather
• Buckram
• White Silk
• White embellished silk
• Wire
• Black ribbon
• Fabric covered wire Headband

Techniques

• Molded buckram on large button wood block.
• Cover buckram with thin layer of padding then cover with white silk.
• Then cover white silk with sequin fabric.
• Mold leather flowers.
• Attach to steam
• Wrap entire branch with black ribbon.
• Attach black branch to white button.
