Materials

• Sinamay
• Silk
• Braid
• Petersham
• Wire
• Fosshape

Techniques

• Two identical hats. Joined together.
• Blocked sinamay as bias brims.
• Crowns are blocked in fosshape, measured to decease in height at front – tip and sideband technique used (tip inserted).
• Crowns covered in silk (also tip and sideband technique).
• Hats are finished in my signature silk waves.
