Description

Is there a place where time does not exist, a place that is TIME LESS ?

My imagine runs wild with tales of time travel , where the space time continuum is interrupted.

TIMEWARP is my interpretation of a travel portal or wormhole, to another time dimension.

Materials

• Sinamay
• Silk abaca
• Millinery wire 14 gauge and 22 gauge
• Cotton thread
• Fabric glue
• Petersham
• Comb
• Elastic

Techniques

• Hand block bandeau with sinamay and silk abaca
• Wire and petersham stitched to bandeau
• Pull the silk threads on one edge , leaving the abaca threads exposed.
• Wire both lengths of the pink and orange silk abaca.
• Shape and stitch in place the 2 lengths of silk abaca
• Attach silk abaca to bandeau.
