Description
I took the theme Timeless quite literally having previously studied watches and their mechanics. I was particularly attracted to cogs and their movements.
I decided given the versatile nature of felt to create a structural headpiece with multiple cogs. I hoped to achieve a variety of metallic surfaces; a texturised silver, an antique and a shiny gold effect. The varied thicknesses add depth and the appearance of movement.
