Description

For making this headpiece, I am thinking deeply so more. For starting I should analyze all parts related to the EARTH to create a beautiful piece for this theme. It should be something different but at the same time showing some part of EARTH in one piece. It was so hard but interesting. It was a great challenge and experience.

Earth has many different kinds of life. Earth is our home planet. In this design I want to show The four important elements earth, water, air and fire. The land contains mountains, valleys and flat areas. The air is made up of different gases, mainly nitrogen and oxygen. The water includes oceans, lakes, rivers, streams, rain, snow and ice. Life consists of people, animals and plants.
In this piece I show mountains, air, fire, water and life as a plant (Flowers).

Materials:

Chiffon
Silk
Pounje
Cotton
Fetr Fabrices
Burlap Texture (Gunny Fabric)
Wire (white cotton)
Beads (Glass Tube Bugle Seed Beads, Bugle Beads and Pearl)
Feather
Hemp Thread
Flower Stamens
Metal Alice Band (2 Pieces)
Metal comb
Petersham Ribbon (Brown Color)
White Glue

Techniques:

Blocked Crown Part
Sewing wire around
Coloring Silk fabric in as a river then attached inside the Crown
Sewing beads on it attached flowers
Cutting fetr fabrice as a mountain, cloud (Two Items) for attaching together inside and outside of Crown, sewing the glass tube Bugle seed, bugle beads, Pearl, in top of the mountain attached feather as a volcano lava
Drawing the patterns of rose petals and leaves. Shaped by flower Irons and sew together using wires and flower stamens. Attached flowers back of the crown
Sewing the ribbon around Metal Alice Band, attached two of them together sew under
Sewing Metal
