When I saw the theme water, I wanted to go with something different to the waves and ocean and thought what else makes water and came up with the idea of tear drops. My design thought process was to represent an eye crying tears creating a river. I designed the base to be a face hugger shape to keep the shape of flowing. I started with the thought of using feathers to represent the tears then I decided to represent the tears as roses growing as it flowed from the eye through to the river.
