The 2015 HATalk Hat Making Competition focused on ‘Transition’ and we received over 85 international submissions creatively representing this theme.

So many amazing entries and so much talent made choosing a winner of the 2015 HATalk Hat Making Competition a very difficult task for the judges – Georgina Abbott of Atelier Millinery, Denise Innes-Spencer of The British School of Millinery and myself, HATalk Editor Becky Weaver.

1st Place: Anél Heyman (New Zealand)

Prize: 1-week Residential Millinery Workshop at Chateau Dumas in France.

2nd Place: Jo-Anne Rolfe (Australia)
