Hat Boxes USA was established in 2017 to fill a void in the hat box market. Our roots are in the millinery industry, so we understand the challenges associated with finding quality hat boxes to accommodate the large array of hat sizes and styles. Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, it was important to have our boxes manufactured in the United States so we can visit the production site when needed, to ensure our quality standards are always being met.

Hat Boxes USA is committed to providing environmentally-friendly hat boxes that are made with superior quality, durability, and that are collapsible for easy storage. We have partnered with America’s leading recycled packaging company to create our custom-shaped boxes. Each one is crafted entirely from recycled materials.

Our hat box shape and sizes have been produced exclusively for Hat Boxes USA. Each one is made with 2/8″ thick corrugated material to withstand years of wear and tear. They are hexagonal in shape so they can collapse flat for easy storage and shipment from our location. We offer 3 sizes, (12″, 17″,22″), to comfortably fit a small fascinator or hat, an average-sized brim hat, or an x-large Derby hat, all with a depth of 9″ to accommodate large embellishments.
