The HATalk website is a social media, e-commerce and subscription based e-magazine library site. By using the HATalk website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

HATalk collects information in two possible ways:

All this information requires a direct action by you at that time in order for us to receive it.

Online Payments via Paypal and Stripe

HATalk enlists the services of PayPal and Stripe to handle all financial transactions made on our website. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy and all Stripe transactions are subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy. We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to maintain the security and confidentiality of any and all PayPal or Stripe data and information, including data and information about PayPal and Stripe users and PayPal and Stripe.

Registration forms

HATalk will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information, gathered as a result of filling out the site registration form, to anyone.

Please note, though, that if you have shared any information with others through social media channels or on our website’s public news feed, that information may remain visible, even if your account is deleted.

  • You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Once you do this, you will no longer receive any emails from us.
