Project Overview
An explosion of stripped coq and spiky goose biot feathers add depth and movement to this looped sinamay flower fascinator.
The Blooming Feathers Fascinator is really eye-catching. We think it would be a wonderful headpiece for a proud mother of the bride (or groom) to wear on the big day.
With just a small square of sinamay and some feathers, you can make your own Blooming Feathers Fascinator at home without any specialist equipment. This is a great project to try if you are new to millinery.
This tutorial was written by HATalk Founder Ann Morse-Brown and was originally published in her book, Make Fascinators.
