Anna Gilder – United Kingdom
I’ve tried to made traditional in a sense fascinator, depicting my favourite british tradition such as afternoon tea , but with a twist . Flowers always looks good in a tea cup whatever it’s areangements or floral tea . My flowers made from super light clay new material I have discovered same time as I have discovered millinery (just over 2 years ago) . Clay is fun to work with and have endless possibilities. Here we have fusion of new and traditional materials ( sinamay and clay ) and fusion of flowers and tea ceremony .
- Japanese super lightweight modelling clay
- feather butterflies
- Blocking ( tea cup)
- flower sculpting from clay
