Balancing Balloon Ballet

Description

My main aim was to focus on opposing forces coming together to create balance and equality.

I wanted to combine the ideas of small & large, near & far and dark & light within this piece to suggest a sense of equilibrium.

The Balancing Balloon Ballet hat consists of two dancers balancing on point while holding balloons at equal heights.
