• Custom Sinamay Hat Crown Project by Tracy Chaplin

I saw Tracy's article and loved the finished design on the Custom Sinamay Crown, from there I took Tracy's course to learn the technique. From there I looked at trends for this year and using Tracy's technique to come up with this upturned teardrop custom sinamay crown with a swirling design edged in silver finished off with spines and silver netting with a yellow feather flower.
