Description
This hat forged was born out of a collaborative project in which myself and a blacksmith from Bushy Park Ironworks forged a hat from cast iron... this lead me to delve into lighter metals so we forged copper spirals and leaves this was then mixed with metallic leathers to produce this one off forged crown. l made my piece through a contact with the Design and Craft Council of Ireland (DCCOI) and the Guilds and Associated of Ireland (GANS).
