Project Overview

This simple sinamay twist fascinator is made with bias strips and feathers. Mount it onto a fascinator base or comb and it’s ready to wear!

This is a great project for millinery beginners or anyone who wants to make a quick and inexpensive headpiece at home.

Sinamay is a common hat making material. It is available in a wide range or colours and patterns, so you can personalise your Sinamay Twist Fascinator to match any outfit. It would be perfect for a summer wedding or race meeting.

This tutorial was written by HATalk Founder Ann Morse-Brown and was originally published in her book, Make Fascinators.
