Tulle Flower

Make a pretty layered tulle flower hair decoration.

Projects / Tulle Flower

Project Overview

This pretty tulle flower is attached to a clip, making it a great hair decoration for a flower girl. Of course, the knotted biot feathers add sophistication, making it fashionable for any age.

This project is quick and easy. You can make your tulle flower in a single shade or layer different colours of tulle to get interesting results.

Tulle is a fine net fabric. It is often used to make wedding dresses, tutus and veils and has many other craft applications as well. It should be easy to find tulle at your local fabric store, where it is likely to be available in various widths and colours.

The finished tulle flower fascinator is delicate and attractive and can be worn in lots of different ways.

This tutorial was written by HATalk Founder Ann Morse-Brown and was originally published in her book, Make Fascinators.
